Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit, and we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or are returned outside the return window may not be eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@buoyupstyles.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The fastest way to do this is to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. If you'd prefer an exchange to be processed directly, please mention that when contacting us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Final sale items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue along with your order number, and we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
